Texas Brigades Summer Camps

2022 Special Agent Application

Deadline: March 15

Thank you for your continued interest in Texas Brigades Summer Camps! Please read all instructions carefully.

As a Special Agent, you will be assisting Camp Instructors and Texas Brigades Summer Staff with a variety of camp duties. From filling water coolers to setting up for the next activity, or even helping conduct room inspections, your role plays a vital part in helping the camp run successfully.

You may apply for this position ONLY if you have previously attended a camp and are interested in working for a specific camp committee; preference will be given to those who have at least one (1) year of Assistant Leader experience. Special Agent positions are NOT paid positions.

This is a TWO PART PROCESS. You must complete this online application AND submit a Book of Accomplishments to be considered for a Special Agent position. Your online application may be submitted any time during the application period (November 1st - March 15th); your BOA can be submitted separately up until the deadline (March 15th). For instructions and tips on how to create your Book of Accomplishments, check out the "Resources" page on our website at https://texasbrigades.org/resources.

The 2022 Special Agent Essay Question is:

What leadership and work skills do you expect to bring to camp as a Special Agent? How will you prioritize assisting the camp coordinator, committee, and staff to execute a successful camp?

PLEASE NOTE: You will have the option to upload your Final BOA at the end of this application. However, you are NOT required to use this method - instead, you may email it to camps@texasbrigades.org or mail it to our office anytime on or before the March 15th deadline. If you are ready to submit your Final BOA and have a google account, you may upload your Final BOA as a single .pdf in the last section of this online application.

Applications and BOAs do not have to be submitted at the same time. For example: you may complete your application in November and submit your Final BOA in March.

If you do not receive a confirmation email from Google Forms within a few minutes of submitting the online application, it was NOT RECEIVED. Please direct all questions to camps@texasbrigades.org.
