Kaitlin Lavender, Texas Brigades Graduate

Description: A fun-filled extravaganza rich in Western tradition, the legendary Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo, held at the new Dickies Arena, is the place to be. Enjoy exciting rodeo action, livestock, horse shows and a number of other experiences. This is a great opportunity to reach the public and spread the message about Texas Brigades.

Expected Audience: Over 100,000

Texas Brigades Involvement: Texas Brigades will be sharing a booth space with Texas A&M AgriLife, providing cadets from any camp the opportunity to bring their poster and speak about their experience at Texas Brigades. It is our goal to have cadets at the booth as much as possible, whether they are able to stay for the entirety of the weekend or leave their poster for a few days throughout the week. If you are bringing your poster, please ensure that you bring the foam backing that was provided at camp. If you are interested in attending or setting up your poster, please reach out to Kaitlin Lavender (kaitlinlavender1@gmail.com) for more information. Kaitlin is a recent Texas Brigades graduate, and is responsible for organizing cadet attendance at this event.

BOA Opportunities Available:

    • A.3: Manned trifold/poster display. Restrictions: points awarded per day, minimum of one hour. If you set up your trifold/poster while making a presentation, you will NOT receive credit for the manned display, only the educational presentation.

    • A.4: Unmanned trifold/poster display. Restrictions: trifold/poster must be displayed for a minimum of 3 days consecutive days at a single location, or for the duration of an event.
