Summer Camps Selection Process
Acceptance to a Texas Brigades Summer Camp is a competitive process. Applications submitted by the deadline (March 15th) will be collected, stripped of identifying information, and pooled by camp preference. Each Camp Committee will review these blind applications and rank them. Depending on the camp facility capacity, the top 20-30 applicants for each camp are selected. Selected applicants will be notified of their acceptance by April 15th.
Applications submitted after the deadline (March 15th) are considered late, and will automatically be added to the General Waitlist.
Upon selection, the applicant will be required to submit the following:
- Written Confirmation of Attendance (by May 1st)
- $100 Non-Refundable Deposit (by May 1st)
- Paperwork & Tuition Balance (by May 15th for June camps, by June 15th for July camps)
Missing any of the deadlines above will automatically move your application to a waitlist.
