This afternoon/early evening event will include great food, silent auction items, raffles, awards, and of course, camaraderie! Thanks to our generous Event Sponsors, all ticket sales & proceeds from the event will directly support Texas Brigades’ youth programming.

Parking: Free on-site event parking
Lodging: Room blocks have expired but most are staying in local hotels, airbnbs, or nearby loding.
Ticket Options & Prices
Individual Ticket – $75
Includes: 1 unassigned seat at an unreserved table; access to open bar and dinner. Price increases to $100 at the door.
Youth Ticket (ages 10-17) – $25
Includes: 1 seat at an accompanying adult table/seating; access to dinner. Price remains $25 at the door but no guarantee of seating accommodations or availability.
Child Ticket (ages 9 & under) – $1
Includes: 1 seat at an accompanying adult table/seating; access to child-portion dinner. Price remains $1 at the door but no guarantee of seating accommodations or availability.
Family Pack of Tickets – $250
Includes: 4 unreserved seats at an unreserved table; access to open bar and dinner. Price increases to $100 per adult individual with no reserved seating at the door.
Reserved Table & Sponsorship Prices
Family Pack with Table Upgrade – $500
Includes 4 assigned seats at a reserved and shared table; access to open bar and dinner. Price increases to $100 per adult individual with no reserved seating at the door.
Reserved Table – $1,000
Includes 8 assigned seats at a reserved table; table and event recognition; access to open bar and dinner.
Event Sponsorship – $5,000
Includes 10 assigned seats at a reserved table; table gifts; recognition as an Event Sponsor at the event and online; access to the open bar and dinner.

The tentative hunt schedule would look like:
Arrive early afternoon
Hunt during evening with Dr. Rollins & Dr. Brad Kubecka
Lodge at the newly completed Gordy Family Guest Lodge. Dinner to be provided by RPQRF.
Hunt again the following morning with Dr. Rollins
Hunt to take place during mid-December to mid-January.
