Texas Brigades - Bobwhite Brigade

he bobwhite quail is one of Texas' most favored species of wildlife. Whether you are a quail hunter, photographer, or just love to hear the familiar "bob - white" whistle, you no doubt savor your opportunities afield with Mr. Bob and his many neighbors in Texas' great outdoor classroom.
If you enjoy studying wildlife in general, and quail in particular, have we got the opportunity for you! Each year, we offer two innovative outdoor classroom experiences called the Bobwhite Brigade.

WHERE ARE THE CAMPS HELD?
The Rolling Plains Bobwhite Brigade will be held June 14 - 18, 2008 at the Centennial Lodge near Coleman, Texas. This will be the 16th year for the Rolling Plains camp. The South Texas Bobwhite Brigade will be held June 22 - 26, 2008 at the 74 Ranch near Pleasanton, Texas. This will be the camp's 11th season. For more information about this particular camp, contact the camp coordinator, Mike Petter, mpetter@resourceandland.com.
